API v2 .NET, problem with upload session

Hello, I think I found a new bug.

If I try to do a chunk upload on a file with some special characters, the UploadSessionFinishAsync function fails.  The file can be uploaded just fine with the desktop client or web interface.  Other files with regular ASCII characters upload just fine.

Example of file names causing problems :
03-Une Année sans Lumière.mp3
08-Haïti.mp3
