Get programatically APP_KEY and APP_SECRET,

I am working on a python tool,that will allow me to work with dropbox files, but since this app is for "non-technician people" I'd like to programatically get Access Toekn or AppKey / App SECRET. H...

You cant - the entire API is based around preventing you doing exactly that, you should never ask a user to enter their Dropbox username and password into a non-Dropbox provided authentication form. 

You have to do the auth via the OAuth system as shown in the documentation.
