Temporary link info

Hi, I have a question about the temporary link I can generate from the API (https://www.dropbox.com/developers/documentation/http/documentation#files-get_temporary_link)

The documentation says that the method get_temporary_link lasts 4 hours. After 4 hours can I generate a new one (through api) or do I have to wait to be able to get a new link?
Isn't there a way to get a "permanent" link?

Thanks

    Hi lucaferretti,

Yes, that's the idea. You can do it even before that 4 hours period. 😉
