Join Dropbox app center

HI this is Elle Jiang from the Bytedance group, the mother group of Tiktok. The product that I am working for is Capcut and we are planning to join your app center as a Developer.     I have filled in this form many times! But I have got no reply at all! If this partner program of yours is not opening anymore, please let us know directly.
