Dropbox link is giving me an error

Hello, I am new in transcribing and my first test before verification requires me to use a drop box link below to download and transcribe a 10 minutes audio and send to another email.However the link cannot save and keeps showing error message.pls how do i get to download the sent link

    You need to request a new link from the owner of the file.
