Dropbox Link unable to view
Hi! I have an excel file where I inserted a dropbox link (PDF File). My issue is that the receiver of the file can't open the link.
An error will show like "unable to open". Anyone can help me?

Hey there abi21gail, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please confirm that you used these steps to create a shared link to the PDF file in question?
Thanks!

Hi @walter. I believe i follow those steps. I'm not quite sure if the issues are in dropbox or in excel

In that case, could you send us a screenshot of the error so that we can have a look too abi21gail?

So this error comes from Excel and not Dropbox - right abi21gail?
Does the shared link work normally if you copy and paste it into a web browser?

Yes, it works on copy & paste. But I want my receiver to avoid copy & paste and just click on the link ☹️

I definitely see where you're coming from abi21gail.
However, keep in mind that the issue could be related to Microsoft, as the error is the same as in this thread, since support for Office 2013 ended in April this year.
I hope this clarifies!
