Dropbox Website Error

Current days, I cannot open any web shortcuts in Excel for Web. Moreover, All my folder change the color from Blue to Grey. What happen to my account?

 

The Chat Button is dead now. OMG, it's so terrible.

    There isnt a known Dropbox website issue. Have you tried clearing your cache/temp internet files etc.?
