err_connection_refused

It works, thank you! I just deleted the host file and it started working.
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type %WinDir%\System32\Drivers\Etc into the Run window and click OK.
- Delete hosts file .

5 years agoCan you access the site from a mobile device on the same network? Do other computers on the network have the same issue?
As it doesn't sounds like this is related to Dropbox, there isn't much else I can suggest.
However, the 'err_connection_refused' has quite a few resources after searching on the web on how to resolve it, namely to do with system and browser settings which are outside what we would normally recommend.
Since the Dropbox site is up and running, there is something on your machine causing this behavior, which those steps might help resolve, though I would remark to be cautious when trying them out, since these are non-Dropbox steps.
