Error : That didn't work for some reason

I got a file sent by a company. Its probably an American company. I live in India. They sent me this audio file linked to dropbox. When i clicked on the link, it redirects me to a dropbox error page which says " That didn't work for some reason ". How can i download that audio file now?

Hi. I tried clearing the cache of my browser and then re-opening the shared link. I also tried opening the link in a different browser, but both the suggested methods didn't help me. The same error page still opens up when I open the shared link.

Sorry to jump in here Shashwath H K, I hope you're doing well!

Can you send us a screenshot (omitting any personal info) with what you see on your end when you try to open the shared link?

Thanks for the screenshot Shashwath H K.

In this case, could you check with the owners of the file to see if they've deleted it from their account since they first shared the link with you?
