Error accessing all Microsoft files in Dropbox in past week

Question

I suddenly cannot access any of my microsoft files in the drop box except for pdfs.&nbsp; I get an error "Package was not found".&nbsp; I tried direct access from dropbox online, access via dropbox app and downloading the files and they are unusable.

I can preview the file in read only via the web site.&nbsp; When I try to open with the excel app or download and open I get the same error.

So, just to confirm, Oju, you can open/preview the files in Dropbox, but they cannot be opened in their respective Office apps/Office for the web?
&nbsp;
And this is for existing files, right?
&nbsp;
If you create new ones, outside of Dropbox, do those work?
