Error code: jsaa54b2173

Hi Community,

 

I recently received a contract that needs to be signed via drop box. However, when I click the signature link I receive an error code. Reaching out to drop box has resulted in no response. Does anyone know what this issue could be? I've tried logging on using two different browsers and even tried my iphone as well. No dice.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
