Hi vinit saini, welcome to our Community!
It sounds like you face an issue, when trying to download your file.
It's not entirely clear which platform you're using (mobile, desktop or website), and if you get any specific errors, or if the file is downloaded but instead of 46GB, it is 30GB. Would you mind clarifying?
Keep me posted!

when file is downloading its completed before its actual size( its 46 gb file but it fully downloaded at 30 gb)
and when i open it it shows an error.

Hi vinit saini, have you tried downloading the file using an entirely different browser?
Does it download like a .zip file on your end, maybe? Also, what is the file type?

its mp4 format.

Hi vinit saini, if you try to preview it, do you get the 410 error you sent above?
Also, is the file in your Dropbox account, or did someone send it to you using a shared link?

yes.
smoeone sent me this file so its a shared link.

HI vinit saini, is it possible that you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains, which could be affecting the downloading of the file?

I am also facing the same issue however my file size is 12 GB and the download shows as complete even though only 6 GBs are downloaded. I have tried using chrome, opera and edge but nothing works. I have also tried to download it as ZIP and MP4. I don't use any vpn etc. This file is shared to me and I can't download it.

Hey Tahir k, let's jump right into this!
Is this file shared with you through a shared link?
Have you also tried an incognito tab on one of these browsers, or even to try and clear the browser's cache and then trying again?
Ping me when you're ready!
