Solved

Help. I have a new laptop -NO files appear when I log in!

I have a new laptop.   When I log in to Dropbox, NONE of my many files are there.

Where are they?

Yikes.

Thanks to anyone who might be able to assist.

  • Hey cjbogart37, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Have you made sure that you're logging into the correct Dropbox account?

If so, do you see your files on our website?

If you were referring to the desktop app, can you let me know if it's up to date in your system tray/menu bar or if it's still syncing?

Let me know what you find!

Thank you so much! I did solve it after reading your helpful info. The new laptop wanted me to use my 'original' log in , which was from a different email address. Voila! Solved.
