    Hey Sarahmoodjoy, thanks for posting here today! 

     

    Would you be able to share some additional info with me such as the platform you're using on your end? (website, desktop app or mobile app)

     

    Also, when you say "save files" do you wish to download them locally from your Dropbox account, or maybe save them and upload them into your Dropbox account? 

     

    In any case, I'd appreciate some additional info, in order for me to be able to guide you properly.
