How do I download all my files in Dropbox?

how do I download all my files in dropbox, I find the online instructions useless

    Can you provide me with some additional details, as to what you wish to achieve here? 

     

    When you say download all of your files in Dropbox, do you wish to add files to your Dropbox account, or download your existing Dropbox files locally to your device?
