I can not download files from an specific folders (via web)

Hi. I am trying to download a folder I created on the PC where I have native Dropbox. I am now on my laptop at home, and when I go to that folder, the download button is greyed out, and the 3 dots thingy does not show the option to download the files. 

 

Is it possible the owner of DB (work-related) disabled specific folders? Why is this happening on one specific folder?

    When you say that you created it on the PC where you have native Dropbox, are you referring to the Dropbox desktop app? 

     

    Is the folder a shared one? And if so, are you the owner or a member there?
