I can only see my most recent photos on the Dropbox app on my new phone - not my old ones

I recently upgraded my phone, when I logged back into my app on my new phone I can only see photos from current until 2020, it won't show previous photos. I can see them on my old phone but not on my new one. Does anyone know how I can get them on my new phone?

    Are the photos inside your Photos reel? Remember Camera Upload only uploads photos taken on that device and wont do albums etc.
