I can't download a file as I'm getting an error
Hello. I can”t seem to be able to download a file. It keeps telling me that there is an error. I already have the desktop app and I was able to download files before. What should I do?

Could you please clarify the size of the file you're trying to download?
Also, have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using another browser?
