I can't export photos so they sync from my laptop to my mobile.

I can't export photos from Lightroom classic on my laptop to Dropbox on my android Motorola phone. It used to work but recently stopped. This happened once before but I forgot how I fixed it or it fixed itself.

    Hi Wolfmon_jack7, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Could you clarify if you mean that you cannot sync files from your laptop to your mobile device?

     

    Or are you referring to exporting images onto your computer from the site, and also from the site onto your phone?

     

    This will help me to assist further!
