I can't see a shared File locally on the device, why?

Someone have shared a File with me, Im able to see it and open it through web (dropbox.com) but I can't see the file on my desktop App.

The file name is "ROBO TUCUMAN 1.xlsx"as u can see in the screenshot.

 

And this is a screenshot of my Dropbox Folder in my computer, where Im not able to find the file:

 

Hope someone can help me. Thks a lot

    Hi Fernando Camisar, I hope you're doing well! 

     

    Is the app's syncing status "up to date" while we speak? Also, have you tried renaming the file online, by any chance? 

     

    Also, can you check for the version of the app? You can do this by locating the small Dropbox icon on your task bar, next to your WiFi and hovering your mouse there.
