I can't view all the files saved on my Dropbox account.
Is there any issue with the files?
I am not able to view all the files saved on Dropbox.

Are you using a web browser, the desktop app or the mobile app to view your files sajia?

I am using desktop app, however, I have checked on web browser as well. I could not see them there also.
Further, I have checked deleted items, I cannot find them.

What does your Events page show for these files? Can you see the event where they were added to your account?

Did you get your problem fixed? I also can't view any of my files on Dropbox in my Chrome internet browser.

Is this something that happens on different browsers/incognito window?

Dropbox Files are not displayed on my desktop computer. When I click on "All Files" no folders/files are displayed. I can see the files on my iPhone, but not on my computer.

Thanks for the extra info! So, you’re not seeing your files on www.dropbox.com, correct?
Have you made sure www.dropbox.com and your phone are connected to the same Dropbox account? Are you seeing the same email address here and on your mobile app?
