I get a message that I'm offline when I look at a file in Dropbox
Does anybody knows why I get this message when I want to look at a file in my drop box.
It says that i'm offline.

Hi there Marie-HeleneLeclair - thanks for joining our Community and happy Friday!
Could you please send us a screenshot of the error you're getting and clarify your device's OS and if you're previewing your files through a web browser or via the Dropbox mobile app perhaps?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

Same issue with ALL file types. What the heck is going on?

Hey grazzie, let's try to see what we can find together!
Do you notice this behavior on a specific browser?
If I were you, I'd try switching browsers, and also clearing the cache on my current one. Can you give it a go and try again?
Let me know more!
