I have an issue previewing a video on my mobile
Why I can’t load my video? I have IPhone 14. If I want to save a video, I have to change the extension in mp4…help me!

Hi Manu84, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
What error are you getting when trying to preview your video?
Is this in the Dropbox mobile app, or the Dropbox site?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Manu84, just to make sure we're on the same page here: it sounds like your .mp4 video exports to the device as a .jpg, am I right on this one?
If not, feel free to clarify.
When did this start happening? Does this happen with all of your .mp4 files, or some of them?
