I need help recovering my account of 6 years.

    Would you be able to share some additional info with us? 

     

    Do you need to recover a deleted account, or some deleted documents? What exactly is the situation here?

    Accounts no deleted cause I have files from 4 years but I can’t find any other pictures

    Also anything to do with my number or name please these pictures have been there for years

    How do you know its deleted Muna2024 ? Is it over a year since you last logged in? If so there is no way to recover I'm afraid.

    Hi Muna2024, we would need some additional info. 

     

    Which platform do you check on your end? Do you check online, or using the mobile/desktop app? 

     

    Have you checked your events page? The Events page at www.dropbox.com/events gives you an overview of all activity in your account including files events (adds/edits/deletes), as well as adding or removing shared folders.
