Issue with the email addresses that match but the access is denied

Please, could you help me here, I see this message even though the two email addresses are matching. Do you know what could cause this?

    Could you please clear your browser's cache or use another browser and let me know if you still get the same results?

     

    Also, what action are you trying to complete when you get this error?
