Logic Project is ”stuck”
Hi! I use Dropbox on my mac, I’ve put a project in the Dropbox folder to upload it. Now when I try to open it it say “cannot communicate with help application”, when I try to download it from the web it downloads in a format that can’t be opened… on my Dropbox folder on my desktop it says that the project is over 16GB but on the website it’s only a few MB, I’m not able to either upload or download it, what can I do?

Hi TeoH, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you attach a screenshot showing the error message you're getting?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi from me as well, TeoH!
Do you mind uploading one more screenshot of the file's size as it's showing on the web?
Also, what's the current syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app?

Hi!
This is one of the projects on the web...
Same project on my desktop...
It says that all files are updated and that I'm running v178.4.4811

Thanks for the additional info and screenshots, TeoH!
If you close the Dropbox application, are you getting the same error when trying to open this file?

Hey TeoH, sorry to jump in, but could you try these steps to upload your projects and let us know how it goes?

Hi...
When trying to upload the file to the web I get an error saying "you can't upload empty files"... And I'm unable to convert the projects into a .zip on my mac since I can't download it from dropbox.
