Lost access to Dropbox files on ipad but ok with iphone 11

Suddenly lost access to all Dropbox files using my ipad Air 2 but still accessible on my iphone 11. Did I hit the wrong key somewhere? Please help

  • thanks but this did not help. What did work was uninstalling Dropbox app and re-installing.

Bingo! Problem solved, but I fail to understand why such a step works in many cases, as with modems/ routers etc and why it should be necessary.

Hi there wilczech83, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

When you say your lost access, can you please clarify if you're using the mobile app or a web browser to access your files?

Are you getting any specific errors perhaps?

Any additional information is more than welcome!
