3 years agoHi voiceoverman, is it possible that their download isn't being completed fully, so they're not getting the full file?
Could you ask them to try switching browsers to see if this helps, or using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running?

They use Chrome. Its not just me its other artists they work with too

If they are the only user experiencing an issue, then it's something on their device that is causing this issue, such as a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.
