My Dropbox files don't preview on the desktop app.
I have changed the computer and opened DB on PC. PC admin is my husband.
I want to open my file and there is a sign ( like a little brown box on each file).
When I click the file - system say is not in the correct format..
Before on my old computer I didn't have this problem.
Any idea? Maybe I need to update the operation system of computer?
I have: Windows 11 Pro, updated in April
Maybe some security issue?
please help 🙂

That's not a Dropbox icon. It's from OneDrive/Windows 11. Make sure you're not trying to sync the same files with both OneDrive and Dropbox. If you do, problems will occur.
