Network Failure - Download keep crashing for my clients downloading products on my website

I use Dropbox to host and share my files for my e-commerce with Wordpress and WooCommerce and it keep crashing with the ''Network failure'' error, does anyone know what could cause this issue thank you

    How are you sharing? API? Share links? etc. ?

    Hey Studio Phoenix Media, can you send us a screenshot of the error message, if possible?

     

    Is it coming from Dropbox?

     

    And have you also reached out to WordPress or WooCommerce about this, to get more info from them as well?
