Online files of Office 2013 imcompatible

Online files of Office 2013 incompatible, every time i restart my computer the files become incompatible, but if i click on properties and adjust to read files as xlxs it fix it, but every time i restart, the same problem return.

    When you say incompatible, can you please give us some more info?

     

    Are you getting some kind of error message that you can send us a screenshot of?
