Paid for my subscription but a pop-up about my trial ending is not allowing me to access my files

I upgraded to a Plus plan and am not able to view my files or access my account, because as soon as I log in this screen pops up: 

 

I've tried logging out, logging back in, different browsers, with no change. Help - I'm paying for this but can't even access my files.
