photos not loading when converting a paper to a pdf
I have tried several times using different methods to send or share a paper I created with lots of photos. When converting to PDF in drop box does it take 24 hrs for this to load. I cant seem to get the PDF to drag and drop on my mac. When Stored in my mac and droped to my google email it requires a link to send and the recipient cant use a link of anykind on his system. Thank for any advise and help!

Hi utahtroy, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Does the file get successfully converted, or does it end up in an error?
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Keep me updated with any progress!
- utahtroy2 years agoExplorer | Level 3It doesn’t end up in error. It creates a PDF with the first photo full sized then the rest of the photos are icons.

Hey utahtroy - sorry to jump in, but did you try another browser to do this as Jay suggested?
Any additional information or screenshots are more than welcome.

In order to determine if this is an issue with the conversion, we'd recommend using a different browser when accessing the Dropbox site to convert the Paper doc to a PDF file. Please could you try this out and let us know how it goes.
