Pictures not loading

Many of my not regularly viewed pics are not able to open. They still show the file size but instead of previously having a red X across them when they were not able to be opened they now have a small file folder in the lower left corner. I appreciate your help!

    Hey Danno2 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Can you please clarify if you're using the desktop app, the mobile app or a web browser to access your files?

     

    Could you maybe send us a screenshot so that we can have a  visual too?
