Previews of both old and new videos are blurry
All of a sudden videos that I uploaded are looking over saturated/blurry when viewing on dropbox. This is happening to videos that I just uploaded as well as videos that have been on my dropbox for a long time and looked fine in the past.

Hey OG5, thanks for letting us know about this.
Have you tried previewing your videos from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if you get a different behavior?
Let me know what you find and we'll go from there.

Hmm, if you download one of these files from our website to your device, does it play fine on your local media player?
- OG52 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes. Quality is good when downloaded

OG5, sorry for jumping in. Can you send me two screenshots of what you see on your end? I’d like one of the video while previewing on Dropbox and one of how it appears when it’s saved on your local device.

Also, the thumbnail on dropbox looks normal. And now the videos when I play them on dropbox, switch between normal and this over-saturated look during playback.

OG5, you mentioned previously that this is also happening on the Dropbox app on your iPhone; can you clarify the OS version of the device, as well as the app version of Dropbox there?
