problem with making available offline
Going on a trip and want certain documents available if I have no internet connection.
Yesterday, I set several files to "Make available offline"
This morning they were all turned off.
I have a free subscription if that matters
Files only and they had downloaded (I turned off my internet connection and they were on my phone on day 1 - they were not on day 2)
But today (day 3), they seem to be there so all is well.

Did you try and do it to files or folders? Folders is only available to paid users.
If you did files did you give it time to download them?
