Search Not Working Properly Online / Website
Our search has not been working properly for over a week now. Words, Numbers, and other unique identifiers that should appear in our search results do not and we have to try to follow the file path to find a document or folder which is costing us a lot of time.
This has happened previously but typically gets resolved quickly.
Example: We give a 5 digit number to every project folder. When we search the 5 digits the folder will not appear in the search results.
Using website on Chrome browser. Have cleared cache & history to no avail. Also happens with Edge browser. Please fix.
