Share files on free account

I want to ask a question.

 

I want to share a powerpoint file and I don't want the person to be able to download or share the file with other people.

 

Can I set up the restriction with the free account?
And can they access the file with the free account?

    No. The ability to set permissions on a shared link is only available on Professional and Business accounts.
