"That didn't work for some reason" error
I was sent ym first dropbox video link in my email. When I click on it it goes to Dropbox and says..." That didn't work for some reason. If it's a fluke refresh the page..." Upon refreshing all it does is repeat this error message. Any smart peeps out there that know what's happening? Thanks for any help you can provide!

I din't receive any email from dropbox for the deletion of the account. The last mail I received was the one I have already paste in above thread.

Thanks for the info. Since it sounds like you don't have a copy of the file in the deleted files page, could you see if the events page shows the file anywhere on your account?

this is the error message "That didn't work for some reason If it's a fluke, it might work if you refresh the page. You can also ask us for help".

It's likely that the link is incorrect or there's a problem with the file. You'll probably need to contact the owner of the file and ask them to create a new link, being sure to follow the correct steps for creating a shared link.

Hey adamw, sorry to hear about this.
If you've cleared your browser's cache and tried another browser and still get the same error, I'd suggest reaching out to the owner of the shared link and ensure that they're following these steps.
