The comments I made on many of my video files are gone

Please help. I commented on alot of my videos and now the comments are gone???

    Hey Takota, thanks for reaching out to our Community.

     

    Are the videos saved to your Dropbox account or did someone share a link to the videos for you to comment on?

     

    And are your comments missing from the files on dropbox.com?

     

    If it's the site, can you use a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if that helps?

     

    Let me know what you find.

    The videos are on my account and saved by me. I spent days commenting on my videos and now they are just gone.
