The files I need to download aren't there, why?
So I bought this workout plan and I clicked the link to download it. It sent me to Dropbox I made an account and the files were never downloaded. I need help to access the information.

Hi Annalenora, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
It sounds like someone sent you a shared link to a file or a folder.
I'd recommend reaching out to them directly to find out what they sent you, and that you're not receiving the files.
Keep me updated with any progress.
- Annalenora3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hello, they sent and email and said if I click the link 3 times I won’t have access to the program. I’ve already clicked it twice.

I'm not sure what else to suggest, since we still don't know what kind of link was sent. Could you try using a different browser entirely to see if this helps?
