Unexpected error when downloading files from email on iOS
Unexpected error message when trying to download files from email on iPhone.
It was working at one point and the I started seeing this unexpected error message and to contact support.
Tried deleting Dropbox app and reinstalling but not working.
Help!

Hey Mikeymo - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please let us know your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there as well?
Also, can you walk us through the exact steps you take to get to this error and send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?

Saving a pdf from outlook into Dropbox can’t post screenshot but here’s what it says.
“We encountered an error and could use your help. Please contact support and tell us what you were doing when this error occurred.” - Mikeymo2 years agoExplorer | Level 3Both are the latest version.
