Video recording from Zoom is blurred in Dropbox.
I'm also having a problem with blurry videos on Dropbox.
No doubt its something I'm doing wrong, but please could you give me guidance on how I can correct it.
I record Zoom interviews with clients, save to my desktop and all is good. I replay the video to check and then watch again and trim in QuickTime Player. No blurriness.
Then I move the video to my dropbox folder, so I can create a link and send the link to my client (otherwise the files are too big). When I check that the link works (by opening it myself) I notice the video is blurry. But, when I do this I'm viewing the video in Dropbox. Is that the mistake? Must I advise clients to open the dropbox link and download the video onto their computers before watching?

When someone views a video through the Dropbox website they're viewing a transcoded preview of the original file; not the original file. The quality will often change, especially for larger videos. In order to view the file in its original quality it needs to be downloaded and opened in a video player.
