Video transcript error message
I keep getting the error message "There was an error loading the transcript" for all my videos when trying to generate a transcript. The length doesn't matter, it happens with 1-minute videos and 30- or 60- minute videos. The format is mp4. All videos are played correctly in the preview. The audio is clear and in English. Any suggestions?

Hi Pedro,
I am still having issues and i am still getting the same error message. I have tried on google chrome and Microsoft edge and its still not working. I am hoping your team can help because I am behind on classwork.

Hi Pedro - I don'te get an error message but I do have an issue with transcripts. The closed captions are only starting 25 seconds in.

Does that happen when you're using a specific browser? If so, have you made sure to use a different one, and also confirm if your browser is up-to-date?

"THERE WAS AN ERROR LOADING THE TRANSCRIPT"
This issue has returned as of 1/6/2025....MP3 File only 32min in length
Please advise. Is anyone else having this returning issue?
