WeVideo app does not work! I cannot download my video files! What can I do to get them?

I received an email saying "Your team’s folders have been converted to shared folders, and all Pullen groups have been deleted. Your account has been converted to a personal Dropbox plan."

Now, I just want to download my files, but the WeVideo app does not work! I cannot download my video files!  It just says "Oops... something went wrong  Oh no, it looks like we failed to load your file.  Please return to Dropbox and try once more.

What can I do to get them?  Please help . . .

If you check under "All files", are you able to find your file there?

It seems this might have been part of shared content that has been deleted. Can you check your events page too?

If you notice to the left of the file names, >All Files is selected.

When I clicked your Events Page link, it said :

    Events
    You have no activity yet

I have not shared these files with anyone.  I uploaded them several years ago, and now want to download them, as my old computer died and has been replaced.  If I cannot download them, they will be lost to me.  Thanks for your help!

If you check on top of the screenshot you sent earlier, it says "Recents," which indicates you're under that path.

As for the files, they were either shared with you in the past, or not anymore. Or they might have been deleted more than 30 days ago, hence why you don't see them under the events page,  which would make them unrecoverable.

As a last resort, you can also check the deleted files page to see what you can find there.

When I went back and clicked on All Files, it looks like this (see attached).

I still don't see a download button.  When I click the Deleted Files Page, it says

You don’t have any recently deleted files

I don't know what to do.  I have never deleted any files from Drop Box, nor shared them with anyone.  These were files I had on my old computer, I uploaded them for safe-keeping several years ago, and now it seems they are lost!
