When I try to access a file that someone posted, the file disappears.
When I try to access a file that someone from my church posts, the file momentarily appears, but then immediately vanishes. Accordingly, I am unable to read or download that file.
Hey GrumpyTX, let's jump right into this!
Where did you find this link, and how was it shared with you? Was it a shared link, by any chance?
If I were you, I'd try a different browser, in order to preview it and check if you get the same results there.
Keep me posted!

Dear Megan:
As you suggested, I switch to a different web browser (Edge) from Chrome, and as a result I was able to see and download the shared file. It was a shared link.
Using my iPad and iPhone, I was also able to see the shared file.
So I am not sure why using my laptop, with Chrome as the default browser, I had the disappearing content problem.
Thanks. Dan
