All files are missing on my account that I haven't accessed for a while
This might sounds very dumb, but my case is the following. I started using Dropbox when in 2011 and used it actively till like 2016 and then I just didn’t have much need to use dropbox, however I expected that ALL my photos that I intentionally stored here will be safe. I am back in 2024 and they are all gone. All photos from the students times are gone. They lease tell me I can restore them 🙏

Just to be certain, is it possible that you haven't logged into your Dropbox account for over 12 months?

In that case, the account and the files stored in it were most likely deleted from our system due to inactivity Alinatenislover
