All my files seem to have been deleted by Dropbox

files / deleted!

 

Hi, I had downgraded my account and deleted extra files.  Now I see ALL my past files have been deleted by DB!!!!

 

Also, there is no way to get support, the email is unmonitored, and "contact us" is useless  as I cannot "contact" anyone!  Has anyone had a similar issue and resolutions?  I need my files back!

    Can you clarify what you mean when you say that your files got deleted by Dropbox?

     

    Did you receive some kind of notification about this?

     

    And when was the last time you had access to those files?

     

    Let me know and we'll go from there.

    thank you for your note and follow up.  NO, I do not recall any notice, advice or other communication from DB.  My files are just no longer there!
