Can I automatically move/save signed documents to a team folder?
Hello,
Does anybody know if it's possible to have Dropbox Sign documents automatically save signed files into a shared team folder?

Hey Jsan793, thanks for posting your question!
Just to be specific, are you referring to a Dropbox Business team folder? Or just a normal folder shared with other individual users?
The signed files should already be automatically saved to your Dropbox account.
Let me know.

Hi Hannah,
Yes, I was referring to a Dropbox Team Folder. However, I just noticed a new folder got downloaded without me noticing it. It's titled "HelloSign" and I believe this was done earlier when I tried connecting the two functions (Dropbox Business and Dropbox Sign). Reading through the PDF included, it says that it will automatically save "Sent" as well as "Signed" documents so I'll try that today or tomorrow. Does this sound like I'm on the right track?

Indeed, you are!
This folder should include your "sent" and "signed" documents, as you mentioned, so that should help with your request.
Let me know if you need anything else!
