Can I recover content from over a year ago?
Hi. I have been a paid-up subscriber to Dropbox for a number of years while i was working. After i finished at my last job, just over a year ago I let my account lapse and returned to the basic (free) version. Now all my content (files and photos) are no longer there and there is no mention of how i can recover it. Is there anyway i can recover this content as some of it is important.
Thank you in advance.

Hi tomsu26, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If your events page and deleted files page don't have any files in them, then it means it won't be possible to recover any files.
As you mentioned you downgraded to a Basic plan, the recover period would now only be for 30 days, so any files deleted beyond that time would be unrecoverable, unfortunately.
If you have any further queries, feel free to message back.
